Document Required for New Adhar Card Enrollment

• Photo ID Card : Ration Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Passport
• Address Proof : Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill any Other Proof Document
• Date of Birth : As per New Circular No Date of Birth Document Required

Important Information :

• For New UIDAI Adhar Card Enrollment : After the Registration for the New Aadhar Card Your UIDAI Number Will be Generated Minimum 15 Days After Enrolment.
• If You have Multiple Enrollment in Adhar Card Your Last Accept Application is Accepted and All Other Application Will be Automatic Rejected.
• UIDAI Will be Also Provide to Lock / Unlock Bio metric Information.
